EMERGENCY CARE BOXES REACH CARE HOMES

One Family’s Emergency Care Box scheme has now reached care homes, where frontline staff have been working tirelessly to extend care to some of the community’s most vulnerable.

After a nationwide rollout of the London-based scheme, One Family has now begun distribution of the boxes to care homes. Leading care home providers Athena Care Homes and Hallmark Care Homes have partnered with One Family to identify care homes across the country where the boxes can provide some respite to staff. Mala Agarwal, Managing Director of Athena Care Homes, commented: "We are overjoyed by our partnership with One Family. These Emergency Care Boxes have provided our staff with great comfort and have been greatly appreciated by all".

So far, hundreds of Frontline Care Boxes have reached care homes in London, Berkshire, Sheffield and Wales, with more scheduled for delivery in the coming weeks.
